Out Tasking or Pre Event Services - Basic Features

Vertex Technology provides a range of Support Services that are monitored through a Help 
Desk to ensure that the appropriate skill level is used to efficiently resolve support incidents.

• Method:
  Vertex engineers provide advice by telephone, e-mail, remote access to your system 
  (where authorised) or on site.
   
• Extensive Range of Hardware and Software Products:
  Each Support Service covers an extensive range of software products. This support is 
  also supplemented by the vendors through Vertex Technology's partnering arrangements.
   
• Contract Labour:
  Vertex Technology offers support labour contracts guaranteeing a minimum level of 
  support each month. This includes system 'health checks', problem resolution and pro-active support designed to reduce downtime. Advice on system configuration issues 
  is also provided.
   
• Occasional Support:
  Suitable for organisations that have in-house skills but need occasional higher level assistance.
   
• Support Calls Logged Via Telephone, E-mail, Web, Fax:
  Calls for support can be logged with the Vertex Support Centre.
   
• Response Times for Occasional Support:
  

  	Emergency	-	0 - 2 Hours
  	Urgent	-	2 - 4 Hours
  	Standard	-	4 - 8 Hours

  
  Response Times can be tailored to reflect the degree of importance of the requested support incident to the business.
  
• Tracking and Escalation of Calls:
  Every support incident raised with the Vertex Support Centre is monitored to ensure compliance with the agreed levels of response.
   
• Standard Coverage:
  Standard Support Services are available from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday Australian E.S.T. Arrangements can be made where a customer requires an extension 
  to these standard hours e.g. for public holidays or standby.
   
• Payment Options:
  A number of flexible payment options are available.
   
• Reporting:
  The Vertex Support Centre can produce periodic reports, which provide a customer 
  with detailed or summary data on incidents raised with the Service Centre.
